Tourism Malaysia today launched the availability of Siti, its new digital brand ambassador to help it achieve the goals set under the Visit Malaysia Year 2007.

Siti is a Windows Live Agent that will enable Tourism Malaysia to engage more powerfully with consumers on the digital front and reach more than 285 million Windows Live Messenger users across multiple markets worldwide - anywhere, any time, on any device.

I actually added siti to my messenger and try out the application. See below..

It is actually pre-set question and answer where you will have to choose the information needed by key in the relevant number.. as of now, there is only English language. More additional languages are expected soon..
