Ferry to Tioman Island

Posted by Tuan Rumah | 7:36 PM | | 6 comments »

If you're planning to visit Tioman Island soon, please double check with your travel agent. On Saturday, the ferry with 106 people was on its way to Pulau Tioman when it caught fire. Four people died and three are still missing.

As a result, the ferry's operator, Seagull Express and Accommodation Sdn Bhd (Seagull), has been directed to stop operations pending investigations.

There will be delay and not enough ferry available. Please ensure you have ample time for travelling especially flight time.

    Hello,

is there a ferry service from from Singapore to Palau Tioman.

My partner & I are travelling to Singapore on the 18th of March 2008 at 21.30 and would like to go to Palau Tioman; coming back to Singapore on Easter Sunday 23rd of March.

Will the speed boat service be running? If so have you got a timetable?

    Thanks Valentina
