    Hello,

I already bought tickets to this game. However, i really don't know which place to stay or how to get here? Is there a cheap but good hotel or place you can advise me to stay? How much does it cost? Thanks...

    Hi Arnold,
These are several hotels for you to choose:
    www.concorde.net/shah
    www.bluewavehotels.com/
    www.quality.com.my/SA/
I'm not sure how much is cheap for you, but for me, quality hotel is cheap but still good quality. From the hotel, it is approximately 5 to 8km only to the stadium. We have two stadiums (Stadium Shah Alam and Stadium Melawati) around that area, but they are near to each other.
Email me directly if you need further info.

Some advice from a Shah Alam dude!

Other places i would suggest is De Palma Inn - thats at www.depalmahotel.com/shah_alam.htm, place near to housing areas. i think its a 2 star. quite cheap tho..

Another option could be the Uitm Hotel - http://www.uitm.edu.my/uitm/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=96&Itemid=275
: a hotel runned by a local university as a training ground for students. i guess they could go cheap..

Well as they are cheap just dun fancy much bout the service! hehehe..no jacuzzi nor any fruit baskets in the room..till then cheers!

    Hi..

I'm going to watch the match too! I will be staying at royale bintan.. but I'm not sure how to get to Malawati Stadium... Was planning to get a cab but I'm not sure whether I would be able to get one after the match due to the large crowd.... Any advice?

    You have two option..
    i. Cater a taxi. You to make some arrangement with the taxi driver to pick you up after the match. Ask for Hand phone no for you to call him. Be prepare to pay more.
ii. There are actually a mini bus that will take you to the commuter. Be prepare to hassle with people. One of our bad habit, don't know how to Q.. enjoy the game!

    Hi,

I too have bought tickets to the match. I am being accommodated at Bukit Bintang.

Do you know how I can get to Malawati stadium from KL via public transport? Do I alight at the Shah Alam LRt station?

    Hi Annie!
You can take monorail from Bukit Bintang to Kl Sentral. Then, change to Commuter for Shah Alam bound..
Shah Alam commuter station, take mini bus to the stadium.. please plan your travel early..
